Dear New Client...

I know how daunting it can be when you are going somewhere new for an appointment. I have anxiety and always the night before going anywhere new I am always doing research, trying to find out what to expect and who to expect. And so, dear new client, I wanted to take the anxiety away for you, as much as possible, so you know what to expect when you come for your Tabitha Isobel appointment at Skinfinity, Middlesbrough. 

Who To Expect:

At your appointments you will be greeted by myself- Tabi, the Skin Health Specialist and CEO of Tabitha Isobel. I am the only person behind this incredible business, and so the likelihood is if you have messaged Tabitha Isobel prior to your appointment, then you will have already spoken to me personally. I try to post photos of myself as much as possible on my social media, so you again know and feel comfortable coming to your appointments because you know who you are coming to see. Getting To Your Appointment:

I am based inside the Skinfinity Salon, 224 Linthorpe Road, Middlesbrough, TS1 3QW. There is free parking outside of Dorman's Museum for two hours, and also behind Fraiser's for two hours. Otherwise there is ample paid parking available outside of the salon on Linthorpe Road, and the sidestreets alongside the salon too. There are also bus stops along Linthorpe Road too right outside of the Skinfinity Salon. 

The Experience:

When you arrive at the Skinfinity Salon, I will be waiting at reception for you. Please come no earlier than ten minutes before your appointment so I can make sure to greet you! The Skinfinity Salon is beautiful and extremely pink.

I will then take you to the Tabitha Isobel clinic, which is up two flights of stairs. The Tabitha Isobel Clinic is also very pink, with pink fairy lights, a beautiful velour curved bed, soft throw velvet blankets, spa music, and the aroma of lavender through an oil diffuser. It's a full tranquil experience with relaxation combined with professional results.

At your first appointment you will start by having a skin consultation where I will fill your form in with you about your skin history and any medical related complications if necessary. I will also explain the treatment you have booked in for, and any skin sensations to expect.We will also have a chat about what you are wanting for your skin so I can best tailor my facial to give you the results you desire. 

You will be asked to remove your shoes, and pop a headband on before getting yourself comfortable on our velour curved bed. I will do a skin analysis before your facial which helps me to inform you of your Skin Health after the facial. 

After your facial we will take a seat together again, and I will inform you of your skin health, and any updates necessary. We will discuss aftercare, skincare products suitable to you, nutrition if necessary, and any treatment plans necessary. This will also be your opportunity to ask any questions you may have. Payment will be taken by bank transfer only.

After your facial, I will walk you back down to reception, hopefully seeing you very soon!
