*Please note: by booking your appointment you are agreeing to the terms and conditions stated in this policy notice.

PREPARING FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT:

Please ensure you arrive with bare skin for all facial and skin appointments (This includes: no make up, no fake tan and not having had any facial injections a week prior). If you are using any acids or retinols/retinals in your skincare routine please stop using atleast 3 days before your appointments. We strongly advise for you to come in comfortable, suitable clothing. We also recommend wearing socks as you will be asked to remove your shoes.

BOOKING:

For first time clients you are required to pay a 50% non-refundable booking fee up front to secure your appointment. Your appointment can be moved up until 48hrs before the appointment. All returning clients when booking require card capture to confirm your appointment. Any remaining amount will need to be paid at your appointment by bank transfer only.

CANCELLATIONS:

The salon operates a strict 48 hour cancellation / rescheduling policy - this means that if you fail to give us the minimum 48 hours notice you will be expected to pay the remaining amount due for the appointment and your card will be charged 100% of the appointment amount. If the payment does not go through you will not be able to make another appointment until what you owe is paid in full.

PUNCTUALITY:

If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment we will be unable to carry out your treatment and you will be expected to pay the remainder amount due and your card will be charged 100% of the appointment amount.

COME ALONE:

Please come alone to all appointments as there are no children permitted in the Tabitha Isobel Skin Clinic and there is no seating available for anyone whether friends, family or acquaintance. Your guests will be turned away.

AGE LIMITS:

No treatments can be done on individuals under the age of 18 without written parental consent with a signature. The Parent/guardian will also be required to attend every appointment with the minor.

REFUNDS:

We do not offer refunds. Once you have paid this means you accept and are happy with the policies and the service provided.

GIFT VOUCHERS:

All gift vouchers are valid for six months from purchase date. Vouchers that are expired will not be able to be used. Gift vouchers are non- refundable and can not be exchanged for cash value.

HEALTH CONCERNS:

For your comfort and safety, please notify our specialists if you have any allergies, physical issues or disabilities, or if you are pregnant. If you experience discomfort or any other symptoms during the treatment, please alert your service provider immediately.

RIGHT TO REFUSE:

We have the right to refuse service to anyone behaving improperly, intoxicated or if their state of health may influence the effects of the service.

AFTERCARE:

It is the clients responsibility to maintain the results of a treatment once they have left their appointment. If this is not followed according to the advice provided by your specialist then the treatment results may not last.

ACNE RETREAT:

Once onboarding onto the Acne Retreat programme you are required to start implementing the products, devices and new habits instantly into your daily routine. If you do not get the desired outcome from this programme it is due to not following home care as advised and you are responsible for this. If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment you lose this appointment from your allocation. Payments are set up on stripe through Kajabi, you are responsible for paying these on time, if you do not, a collection agency may be involved. Once signed up you can not move your booked appointments, refunds are not available, and you will be required to fulfill the six monthly instalments, regardless of if you achieve your desired outcome before the end of this programme. Products of any kind are not included in the cost of this programme and are the clients responsibility to purchase as advised. We do not guarantee you will have clear skin at the end of this programme.
