Terms And Conditions

Please read the policies below before attending your appointment: 

 

*Please note: by booking your appointment you are agreeing to the terms and conditions stated in this policy notice.

 

PREPARING FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT:

Please ensure you arrive with bare skin for all facial appointments (This includes: no make up, fake tan and not having had any facial injections a week prior). If you are using retinol or any harsh skincare products or antibiotics please let us know before your appointment.

 

We strongly advise for you to come in comfortable, suitable clothing. If you have booked a facial with a massage, please wear appropriate attire to have bare shoulders. We also recommend wearing socks as you will be asked to remove your shoes.

 

PAYING:

For first appointments we require 50% non-refundable booking fee to secure your slot, the remaining amount is to be paid by bank transfer at the appointment.

 

All bookings going forward require the use of Card Capture.  The remaining appointment amount will need to be paid at your appointment by bank transfer.

 

CANCELLATIONS:

The salon operates a strict 48 hour cancellation / rescheduling policy - this means that if you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 48 hours notice your card will be charged 100% of the appointment amount.

 

If you fail to give us the minimum 48 hours notice you will be expected to pay the remaining amount of the appointment and you will not be able to book back in until you have done so. 

 

PUNCTUALITY:

If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment we will be unable to carry out your treatment and your card will be charged 100% of the appointment amount.

 

COME ALONE:

Please come alone to all appointments as there are no children permitted in the Cosmic Beauty Studio and there is no seating available for anyone whether friends, family or acquaintance. Your guests will be turned away. 

 

AGE LIMITS:

No treatments can be done on individuals under the age of 18 without written parental consent with a signature, and a parent/guardian to accompany the minor at their appointments until they are eighteen years old.

 

REFUNDS:

We do not offer refunds. Once you have paid this means you accept and are happy with the policies, products and the service provided. 

 

GIFT VOUCHERS:

All gift vouchers are valid for six months from purchase date. Vouchers that are expired, lost or stolen will not be able to be used. Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash value. Our company policies apply to gift vouchers.

 

HEALTH CONCERNS:

For your comfort and safety, please notify our specialists if you have any allergies, physical issues or disabilities, or if you are pregnant. If you experience discomfort or any other symptoms during the treatment, please alert your service provider immediately.

 

RIGHT TO REFUSE:

We have the right to refuse service to anyone behaving improperly, intoxicated or if their state of health may influence the effects of the service.

 

PETS:

Please do not bring pets to your appointment as you will be turned away. 

 

RETAIL PRODUCTS:

Once you have paid for your products we will not refund or exchange them. We are not liable for any adverse reactions.

 

AFTERCARE:

It is the clients responsibility to maintain the results of a treatment once they have left their appointment. If this is not followed according to the advice provided by your specialist then the treatment results may not last.
